    • To serve and honour God by developing the God-given talents of students with prominent focus on Academics and the Music and Arts;

    • To deliver quality education that focuses on the unique intelligence of child, and use it to enhance other practical skills. The school's Arts Integrated curriculum is conceptualised using the Whole Brain Method that hones a child's unique intelligence without sacrificing development in other areas;

    • To provide timely, sufficient and relevant education that matches the student's natural strengths and weaknesses to the opportunities and threats of his rapidly evolving external environment; and,

    • Our brand of education is not limited to academic pursuits. We desire to see constructive progress in the child's intellectual, moral, and socio- emotional development. To achieve this, the school will commit itself to closely partnering with the child's parents/guardians in providing guidance to the child.

Mission-Vision Amplified

The quality of teachers, study materials, and school facilities of Talent School of Academics and Arts, Inc. ( TSAA) will be at par with other exclusive schools. At the onset, TSAA will be prominent in the following areas:

2.1 Strong Academic foundation using the Arts Integrated Curriculum; and,

2.2 The Arts are vitally integrated in the curriculum. TSAA has a progressive and spiralling curriculum from Preschool to High School, providing learners with a growing understanding, appreciation, and personal skills in the Arts. Optional supplemental training from practitioners in the discipline will be made available to those seriously interested in honing their artistic skills.

A TSAA Student

A TSAA student is one who is empowered for lifelong learning; an active maker of meaning and who learns whatever s/he needs to know in any new context. S/he is competent in learning how to learn and has life skills; such as self-awareness, empathy, effective communication, creative thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, understanding one's emotions, coping with stress, interpersonal skills, and productive/ entrepreneurial; so that s/he becomes a self-developed person who is maka-diyos, makabayan, makatao and makakalikasan.

The TSAA students is a glowing portrait of the 21st century learner. A critical thinker, a problem-solver, an innovator, a communicator and a collaborator. One who is globally aware, civically engaged, information and media literate, financially literate and most of all, a self-directed and a lifelong learner.

THE TSAA ACADEMIC AND NON-ACADEMIC STAFF The Academic and non-Academic Staff of TSAA believe and follow the progressive philosophy of education. They are trustworthy facilitator of the learning process who enable learners to become active constructors of knowledge.

TSAA teachers help students to reflect on, characterise and discuss problems, and how on their own initiate to form or find valid answers. TSAA teachers are expert in their own discipline, and collaborate with peers from both similar and different disciplines to share their knowledge and resources and build a community of effective educators. Teachers serve as role models to their students and practice ethical and moral values.

TSAA ascribes to research that shows that parental involvement in children’s learning is a key factor in improving children’s academic attainment and achievements, as well as their overall behaviour and attendance. Good quality home learning contributes more to children’s intellectual and social development than parental occupation, education or income.

TSAA supports family learning to enhance family's ability to support their child’s education, help create a culture of learning, help improve their own skills and confidence and help them to understand how to support the development of the child’s skills.

Therefore, TSAA looks at parents as partners and collaborates with families for its educational goals. It demands for parents and families to become part of all school activities where their children are part of.
